Statewide Sponsor Gun Drawing Announcement Congratulations to Patrick Keeler of Salina, Kansas as he was the lucky winner of the 2008 Statewide Sponsor Gun Raffle drawing. Patrick was the lucky ticket selected from attending the Great Bend/Central Kansas banquet whose name was entered into the Statewide Drawing. Jeff Irvine, Kansas State Sponsor Chairman, drew the lucky winner at the most recent Kansas State Convention in Hutchinson, KS last weekend.
